Mills Industrial Brokers is a family owned and operated commercial real estate agency. Established in 1968 by Sylvia and Bernard Mills and their son Phillip, our company has continued to grow over 3 generations, with Phillip’s children Phillipa and Richard continuing on the legacy of Mills Industrial Brokers.
Previously, our agency’s activities streched from Botany all the way to Wetherill park, with our office once being located in Broadway, and then Granville. Since 2000, we have been located within Mills Waterfront Estate in Silverwater, but continue to work all around Sydney.
Having almost 60 years experience in the business, we manage a considerable number of commercial industrial premises for clients ranging from husband and wife teams and small businesses through to large international companies. Many of our clients are overseas residents who have entrusted us with their property and relied on our expertise for 40 or 50 years now.
